Revised Refund/Replacement Policy for Glass Jars

At V Candle Supplies, our commitment to providing you with the best quality products and services has always been our top priority. Over time, we have offered a full refund for any damages to our glass jars without hesitation. However, as we continually strive to maintain the highest standards in our products, services, and competitive pricing, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our Refund/Replacement Policy, specifically for glass items.

Background: Ensuring the safe delivery of our glass jars poses a challenge despite our best efforts. We invest time, effort, and additional costs in using high-quality 90 GSM bubble wrap, Thermacol sheets, and multiple layers of packaging. Despite these precautions, damages during transit can occur.

Revised Policy: The following policy will supersede our standard refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: We will now offer a refund for damages that exceed 10% of the total quantity of glass jars ordered.
2. Scenarios:
   • Scenario 1: If a customer orders 100 jars, and during transit, 15 jars are damaged, a refund will be processed for the excess of 5 jars.
   • Scenario 2: If a customer orders 100 jars, and during transit, 10 jars or fewer are damaged, we will not be liable for damages as it is less than 10% of the total jar order quantity.
3. Verification Process:
   • Customers are required to submit an unboxing video of the complete order for verification purposes.
   • The unboxing video must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order shipment.
4. Non-submission of Unboxing Video: If the unboxing video is not submitted within the specified time frame, we regret that we will be unable to process a refund.

Note: These changes are implemented to enable us to maintain our commitment to offering the best quality services and products at our current pricing structure. We understand the challenges this may pose, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
